Ultimate Light & Thin Laptop Dell XPS M1210 Windows Vista Ready

My cousin told me he just got a full featured top-of-the-line Dell Inspiron laptop but that it way too heavy. He wanted an ultimate mobile laptop.
So I just got through putting together Today’s Deal of the Day on this Ultimate Light & Thin Laptop Dell XPS M1210. I am going to tell you how to configure this system so you can keep use this sysem and upgrade it with Windows Vista when it ships.

Here is how I suggest you configure this system:
- On the page the link takes you to select Customize it for “Ultimate mobile entertainment”
- Where it says Intel Core Duo choose to upgrade to Intel® Core™ Duo Processor T2600 (2.16GHz/667MHz FSB)
- Under the Memory select upgrade to 2GB Dual Shared Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz
- Under Hard Drive upgrade to 80GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive
- Under Bluetooth Networking choose Bluetooth Networking
- You might also want to look Under Internal Mobile Broadband Dell Wireless 5700 Mobile Broadband (CDMA EVDO) Mini-Card for Verizon Wire if you need that kind of connectivity
- Skip through Software and Services unless there is something specific you want there
- On the Assessorie page I’d recommend the Logitech – V270 Cordless Optical Bluetooth Notebook Mouse – Silver
